Colorful floral button-up blouse by Compagnie Internationale Express. This collared shirt has short sleeves, a full button-up front, a couple of spare buttons, small side slits, and flattering ruching along the shoulders and across the back. It is a lightweight material and slightly sheer in the right light. It is pre-owned and in great condition. There used to shoulder pads. They are missing but there are still attached adhesive strips on the interior shoulders. Besides everyday wear, it would also make an adorable swim cover up! Size Vintage SMALL.
