Compania Fantastica High Waisted Short w/tie

Super cute high waisted shorts with tie. Black, white, yellow, blue, and green stripes. Size medium. Fits a 27-29 inch waist. Structured waist but flowy leg. Plenty long enough inseam for longer legs. (I’m 5’10” and leggy and these were work appropriate. Only worn a few times. Tiny blemish, see photos.
