Complaints!

I don't understand the concept of people taking forever to ship an item! Money gets taken out of our account right away! But they're allowed to take more than a week to send your item? I really think Poshmark needs to rethink or restructure their shipping policy! Spent over $150 and not getting any replies and days are just going by with no updates on shipping!
