Hi can I please get the measurements, shoulders, chest, sleeves and length… Please measure the chest with the jacket closed zippered etc.… Some people don’t know how to measure clothing properly I just want to make sure… Thank you so much..and is this a waxed material? And appreciate your time

Is this made of a waxed cotton material, water, resistant, wind, resistant? And the measurements please… Arm pit seem to armpit seam where it meets the sleeve… At the widest point… And then the shoulders from the shoulder point to the other side at the seam.. arm from the shoulder point down to the cuff.. and the length from the highest point of the shoulder, next to the collar all the way down to the hemline..thanks
