cupcakevee @andrewssweetie apparently it was at the post office the whole time!! They missed it somehow. But I made them give me a receipt this time and told them to scan this ASAP because this is unacceptable. Again I’m sooo sorry I’ve never had this happen. Again I’m so sorry :/ I’m going to figure out away to refund you your money because I feel horrible.
