Connected Apparel belted sheath dress

Great dress for the office or other professional event! The upper half is a polyester/rayon/spandex blend material with lining, woven/knitted texture, while the bottom half is an unlined 100% polyester solid black. Darts on neckline and just under the waistline create a pretty hourglass shape. Hidden back zipper, capped sleeves and 4 waistline belt loops (belt not included). Shown in photos, 2 snags on upper fabric area not readily noticed when worn. Approximate measurements (garment laid flat): shoulder to bottom hem 38", across widest part of hips 20", smallest part of waistline 15", armpit to armpit 17".
