Sleeveless with a deep-V faux surplice neckline, full stretch. 14" waist stretches to 17" 17" chest stretches to 20" 23" skirt length from waist, hits at or above knee Fits very small for 12. Under-bosom seam 15.5" but only stretches to 17". You'll have to be able to get that either over your hips or your chest to wear it. I couldn't get it over the bust on my dress form. Kept in a pet- and fragrance-free home. Items laundered before shipping if washing and drying are within the care instructions.
