ConradC Navy Blue Top with iridescent flat sequins

Iridescent Conrad C blue short sleeve top. The sequins are flat and are more subtle until they catch natural light. Size is large, but I would say it fits more like a large. Drapes well. Made in Canada. Excellent condition. Shoulder to shoulder: 16” Pit to pit: 20.5”
