Conscious Collection by H&M Tulle Dress

This beautiful dress is gorgeous on and it can be dressed up or dressed down. The tag says small, but I wear a medium and I can wear it. Will get measurements if needed. Price and pictures reflect some pulling of the tulle on the front. Please note.
