Contrarian NYC Bib Dress in Navy Blue size US 4. The Navy has been seen on Katie Holmes. Taylor Swift wore the lilac version but hers had an unfinished hem style but this one has a finished hem. It was insanely popular a few years back! Perfect for the upcoming PROM & Graduation season! Never worn but it's been in my closet and storage for years so it needs dry cleaned for sure! There are a lot of fuzzies and it's just wrinkled and doesn't smell new. The dress is in need of a refresh. I purchased it for an event but the straps were too loose and I never got around to having the dress tailored. $381 retail. The waist is adjustable with hook closures. The skirt is so beautiful and FULL! Heavyweight and luxurious feeling cotton / shirting type of fabric. The straps are NOT adjustable. Side pockets!
