darlene_dm @prettyinrubi I think that would be a large or possibly an extra large. I did take two more pictures with a measuring tape so that you could see the waste and then also the hips and I think that this the 42 was more on the hips but it has stretch to it cuz it's a support garment with a stomach support inside the panty. I hope that that helps
