Converse All Star Sleeveless Blouse

Got this maroon top from target years ago wore once and it was a bit too tight around the chest. I’m usually a S-XS I’d say this does run true to XS size. Perfect for the spring time. Don’t let the converse tag fool ya this is a business attire top!
