Brand New! Shoes did not come with tags attached just on the labels outside of the box. I purchased them online from Kohls.Never Worn. They have a metallic almost iridescent glitter like look. The material is smooth fabric not glitter. Box says Silver/Black/White but you can see flecks of colors from different angles. Very pretty.
