Converse Chiffon and cotton blouse

Converse Chiffon and cotton blouse. Tank attached at waist; adjustable straps. Elastic waist. Lace and button detail on bust. Might be better for smaller bust sizes depending on your level of comfort in cleavage (I am 36D and felt the tank did not cover well if waist remained under bust).
