Converse Long Sleeve Dress/Duster

White and black plaid pattern 98% cotton Long sleeve, button down with tie around the waist, ruffles on the front and 2" slits on the sides at the bottom. Worn once or twice. One of the loops for the tie came undone on side as shown in picture , needs to be sewn back on.
