Converse sneakers in black, wedge heels, fold over tops, flannel lined, new!

These are one-of-a-kind Converse sneakers/booties. They have a 2 inch wedge heel. The entire boot, including heel, is 9 inches tall. The tops can be worn up or folded down to show the grey flannel inside. They’ve never been worn and still have the tags attached!
