Convertible retro print dress from Soul Flower

This super fun and versatile dress can be worn different ways, and different lengths, it can even be worn as a skirt! See photos. It’s in excellent condition as I’ve only worn it twice. The print is wicked groovy however the colors are somewhat muted so they aren’t too loud. Dress is pretty stretchy and would probably also fit a M. Measurements (**laid flat**) The dress is stretchy, so the waist unstretched laid flat is 14” and laid flat stretched is about 17”. The length is a little hard to measure because of how the top is but the tie from the end to the bottom of the V is about 32” and then from the bottom of the V which is right between the breasts is about 36” and on the back top to bottom is also about 36”.
