Convertible strapless dress/skirt

Black with white and green stripes; straight knit; maxi or midi depending on how worn; the two last pics are intended to show how it wears as dress with strapless tube type at top and folded over for skirt; has ties that adjust the ruching at the top. In very good condition, only worn 1-2 times. Note: the two last pics are in poor lighting which make it look faded - it is NOT to wear as skirt there is a green tee sold seperately that goes great with it in my closet
