@kiawright84 never got it. Poshmark refunded me my money. But not before I was given the runaround and false information from the seller. In total, nearly 3 weeks of waisted time. Worst buying experience.

@kiawright84 Hi Kia, just wanted to follow up on the comment from the buyer you’ve communicated with in this listing. I’m a bit surprised this is still going on, but with the way it was handled, I’ll probably be dealing with it for a while. The buyer was fully refunded, after I explained that his package, which was dropped off (pre-paid), never started tracking. I felt bad, but there was nothing more I could do. Unfortunately, that was unacceptable to the buyer and I had to cancel and refund

@thegreatbelzoni I saw that the buyer commented under a few of your sweaters I liked. My apologies I wasn’t trying to keep it going just didn’t want to waste my time or money as I’m in a bit of a time crunch. I don’t know how to directly message someone so, again my apologies.

@kiawright84 Before the order was canceled, the buyer became increasingly aggressive and decided to cut & paste the comment you responded to here, to roughly 200 of my listings in an apparent effort to impact my overall business. While I completely understand his frustration at not receiving his windbreaker and tried to keep things civil, the response seemed a bit excessive. It worked, as I’m sure I’ve lost quite a bit of business, but the experience has me shifting to more in-person business

@kiawright84 As I have a business to run, reputation to repair, and bills to pay, I’ve decided not to engage with that type of online, anonymous, aggressive strategy, but I can only hope that costing me (potentially) hundreds of dollars for a refunded $50 windbreaker has made him feel better 🙏🏼 Please let me know if you have any questions
