Cool Dress Shirt

Seriously cool shirt, internal tie on left, with buttons on the right. Please help me what is that called? Material is slick feeling, striped repeating pattern with with 2 black lines and one glittery gold. There is pit staining and another stain on back of shirt and a pulled string, see pictures. Fabric is thick, recommended for cooler weather. Size M, women.
