Cool Knit Sweater with Mesh Detail AND Fringe! Circa Y2K

Super chic knit sweater with “mesh” and knot fringe detail on right shoulder. Purchased this designer cutie at Loehmanns in the late 90s/early 2000. No tags or fiber content labels, but feels like a cotton, silk, with a little bit of stretch. She’s a beaut and So Fun.
