Cool Toned Formal Dress

Wore once for prom and photos of for posting. Extremely comfortable, semi stretchy material. Material has a silk-like feel and look. Print is a water color design with a color scheme of green, mint, blue, navy and white. Sweetheart neckline and front and back of dress have a center ruching that is very flattering. Hem was shortened since I'm 5'1". There is two small snags in the left breast which is documented in last photo. It is not very noticeable unless looking directly at it. Size 5/6.
