usagreece1 Hi, I have quite a few Tulip dresses and there are two types of cotton that they use. one is stiffer, almost like it's been sprayed with starch and then ironed, and the other is softer and more lightweight. Could you tell me which cotton this dress is? Also, could you please give me the measurements pit to pit and shoulder to hem? Thank you very much
