Cool dress

Black three-quarter sleeve dress with pretty orange, green and white design. Three-quarter sleeves have ruffles on the end to pockets in the dress. Closes at neck with one button. Would be good for an autumn function! Pit to pit is about 19 inches -length is about 39 inches
