Cool shift dress

Nice cool green color, the dress is almost sheer except for the appliqué in front and back has been doubled, it’s not lining it’s the same fabric, no pockets I feel like it’s a blend, but don’t know for sure no tags, it’s from Mexico so I’ll be surprised if it’s a blend Pit to pit 23” Length 36”
