Cool vintage Pappagallo Spanish heels

Navy blue, funky heel. Need new heel caps, hence price. Size 8.5. Made in Spain. Not perfect condition but still cool. 1980s? Nice for office, party, costume. Please look at pictures and ask questions to be certain about condition, these shoes need some work.
