Cooper & Ella Bell Sleeve Top

Super cute blue and white striped bell sleeve blouse with tiny polka dots throughout. Only worn a handful of times. In some spots, the lining peeks out a tiny bit, but it’s not super noticeable and could probably be fixed when washing (reshape prior to line dry). Love this piece but just not my style anymore.
