Beautiful vibrant crimson Saffron one-shoulder high low chiffon dress from Cooper St.! Plisse pleats zig-zag and drape over the bodice in a flattering, almost toga style over one shoulder. Quartet of pleats accentuates the ethereal, flowing chiffon skirt. Midi length, with a tulip high low, semi-sheer chiffon overlay. The skirt liner hits just above knees. Gently worn (one of the inner loops to hang it is broken and has been re-tied). No stains, wrinkles will come out when steamed.
