Cooperative Green & Black Button-up Skirt

Green button-up skirt with black floral pattern and brass-colored buttons. From Cooperative (originally bought from Urban Outfitters about 10 years ago, I think). Has two extra tiny black buttons for snugger fit. I tried re-fastening them a long time ago, but they're a bit loose; they could probably still be tightened if necessary. Has two pockets that can fit a small book, as seen in fifth photo. Waist: about 12in flat. Length: about 15in. Made of 100% rayon. Either hand wash or wash on a cold gentle cycle; line dry. Model form has skinny hips, so this can sit higher on someone with a high waist and/or wide hips.
