Cooperative by Urban Outfitters Denim V-Neck Strapless Button Down Dress. With cross cross rope detailing at the shoulders + pockets. Size: S Great condition. Small stain at the top near rope detail, shown in photo. Fabric at v-neck tends to flip over (as shown in last photo), I safety pinned it down which worked for me.
