Sexy tight bottom loose top cocktail, nightclub dress. Still classy enough to wear to a work party with correct undergarments and stole. Think Paris Hilton figure to wear. Long skinny legs. Not too big upstairs. I rocked it once to 2017 Oscar viewing at the Penninsula in Beverly Hills. Wore a fur cloak and sky high stilettos.
