Coral Blue Strapless Formal Dress

Beautiful blue color. Formal or semi formal appearance. Previously bridesmaid dress. Worn once for only a few hours (short ceremony). Strapless, but does included optional straps. Knee length. Sweetheart neckline. Somewhat padded chest area, bra optional. Back zipper with top hook. Chiffon-like material as the last outside layer (thicker layers underneath) allows a slight "flowy" appearance.
