7.5 waist? What is the measurement, that number must be a typo.

Hi Heather. The 7.5" waist is just a rough measurement of the waist with the garment laid flat. But if you need a better idea of measurements, I provided a designer's size chart for you. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

The size chart pic is cut off and doesn’t translate your measurement of a 7.5” waist into inches. Can you measure the waist with dress laying flat?

The 7.5" was taken with garment laying flat but I didn't double it. The dress is a size Medium Petite and the measurements are visible in the manufacturer size guide, which I included.
