lva83 @sunsetpranaam to be honest, I’m not 100% sure whether it is genuine coral. It belonged to my grandmother, who passed a few weeks ago. She had a lot of nice jewelry, even the costume jewelry was pretty nice, & the beads are very smooth, so I believe it is real coral. The clasp does not have any markings indicating whether it is sterling. It did not tarnish, however, it was still a silver tone despite not having been touched for a few years. Hope this helps!
