Coral Spring Dress

This dress is perfect for spring/summer. It is from Forever 21. It has ruching under the bustline and a floral tie right above the bust. It also has ruffles across the neck line and a flowy skirt. It is fitted under the bustline and flowy towards the bottom. It stops right above the knee. I am 5, 3" so on a taller person it may fall a little shorter.
