krunkkathy @katieakearns not including the straps (since the straps are adjustable) the dress is 23”. Including the strap length I currently have it on, it’s 32”.

krunkkathy @ahinkleposh16 straight across waist length is 15” and there’s not really a constricting bust since that part is more open and u can adjust the straps to fit ur bust! For reference, my bust area is 34” and it fits well with a lot of room to spare!
