@jessicuppppp not really. It is not stretchy so it fits at the waist but does not hug tight on the butt/thigh

Would this fit a 28 waist, 36 hips? Sizing chart says yes but after peaking at your other listings, it looks like you may have smaller measurements so wondering if I'm right. I'm a 0 at Gap
