Hemmed for 5’5” with 3 inch heels Purchased in size ten but measurements were inaccurate- was brought in a good amount for someone who usually wears a size small dress but with bigger hips. Fits size 32C with 26” waist loosely - the tie at the waist was great for cinching it in. Can tie in front or back. Dry cleaned after wedding.
