Blue jumper dress with adjustable straps, pockets, and full knee-length skirt, by Anthropologie brand Holding Horses. Super cute with a crop top. This looks similar to some pieces of vintage French workwear I have. This sits above the natural waist, closer to an empire waistline. I’m 5’5” and the hem of the skirt hits just below my knee.
