Cornflower Blue Tobi Backless Dress with Lace

Such a delicate dress! A cornflower blue mini dress with lace edging detail. The back is open with more lace panels. Lining throughout in pale blue. Neck ties closed. Size medium, but runs small. No tears, stains, or pulls. I don’t believe I ever even wore this. 🤔
