Cornflower blue with white floral wrap dress

I wore this as a guest at a wedding. It is a beautiful cornflower blue with off-white florals. It wraps so you can customize it to be as tight or as loose as necessary. I am 5’5” for reference, and this dress just hit the floor while I was wearing 3 inch heels.
