tmsand65 So Ive emailed Poshmark about the shipping to adjust the shipping label. The label is for 5 lbs. and it weighs 17.35 lbs. they only have a label that goes up to 10 lbs. they have yet to tell me what to do. If I mail it myself Priority 3 day its 59$ not 7$.

tmsand65 @carolinesismine I have corresponded with poshmark via email 3 times now and its as if I'm getting an auto reply and they are not even reading my email at all. im extremely frustrated because I've sent them the measurements of the box and the exact weight and I still can't seem to get a postage label. No live person seems to even be responding. im not sure what to do because I can't put a 5 lb shipping label on a package weighing 12.35 lbs more than that.

carolinesismine @tmsand65 yes PM is weird about answering questions! My guess is that you’d ship in 2 boxes vs. 1? Thanks for your time on this. I’m still not in a place to buy yet but am going to keep my eye on these beauties!

meadowsmouth775 Just a suggestion about shipping heavier items. I ran into this issue myself. Sell it separate/bundle & put an *that can’t be bundled together however add shipping cost into price of additional cost. You can discount shipping if you choose.

meadowsmouth775 I sell a lot of larger dishes/pottery and will not offer bundling or shipping discounts on fragile or heavier items. Most people understand.

meadowsmouth775 @tmsand65 No problem. I made the mistake of shipping items to heavy and ending up paying so much that I made nothing. It was very frustrating. I am pricing my dishes separate now, I learned the hard way. Good luck.

tmsand65 @kateledbettee if I ship it separately in 3 different boxes because of the weight around $25-30. total. The total weight is 17. 5 lbs. if I ship it in one box its around $60.
