Antique Vintage Early 1940s Unsigned Coro Art Deco Pin, featuring nine glowing pink lucite moonglow fruits nestled amid green enamel leaves and glittering diamante glass
rhinestones. With the stems surrounded by a rhinestone ring.
Excellent example of the master craftsmanship and design of Gene Verrecchio.
Expertly constructed in a rhodium plated base metal with pave set rhinestones and raised inset rhinestones accenting the pink lucite moonglow cabochons which depict the flowers.
The silver rhodium plating is in excellent vintage condition. You can tell the excellent quality by the way the stones are set and not glued.
Note: All stones are in place and secure except two tiny Rhinstones at base of bouquet, and I did not even notice this until zooming in for photos. Excellent overall condition for an antique piece and the pink stones beautifully reflect and glow in lights.
Moonglow cabochons are characterized by their unique ability to catch and reflect light, creating a mystical, glowing effect that is truly mesmerizing. The pink hue of the cabochons adds a romantic and feminine touch, making this brooch a standout accessory.
