Corset Top with Puffy Sleeves

Never worn. Made by Dee Elly, but purchased off VICI. Boxy/cropped fit. Double Layer in the Front and half from the back. The bottom of the top can hit right above the belly button on a taller person or natural waistline on a shorter person. Zipper on the back. 100% Polyester.
