Corset Waist Black Skater Style Skirt

Short skirt with layers of silky black fabric Drape over a layer of tulle which provides extra body. Wide waist with corset lace up. Divided for H&M sample. No fabric info. Layers feel like a chiffon over lining and tulle. Waist 13 3/4" but can be widened by adjusting the corset ties. 19" long.
