Cosmo Floral Cowlneck Blouse

This is a sleeveless cowlneck style blouse by Cosmo. It features a sheer layer with blue and grey floral print over a solid white lining. This blouse was made in Italy. Though it is missing the materials tag, I believe it is silk. Pit to pit: 18" Length: 28"
