Cosplay Costume

I made this dress several years ago & have worn it a few times. The waist is 28". Bust measures about 32". Skirt length is 39"; I recommend wearing a fluffy skirt underneath if you want it to look more poufy. I dyed the bottom part using turmeric, which is why it's a different shade. The main body is machine sewn, the embellishments hand sewn. I added snaps & buttons with loops so the skirt will stay under the top.
