sandiegonative @tbclpn10 Hi Hun! No, it is not true to size. That's why I'm selling it. I bought it, wore it twice, and it really pulled across breasts. If you like tight shirts, it is true to size. To me, it fits like an XL junior. Too bad for me. It is EUC, pretty much brand new, and I like Costa!
