Costarellos blue Jezebelle sequin embellished embroidered tulle gown

Gorgeous dress! worn twice. In perfect condition! I’m 5’4” and wear a size 2-4. Wore this with 3.75” heels. The top of the dress is sheer like in the manufacturer picture. In the picture I’m wearing a matching blue shirt underneath.
