This beautiful black & white halter neck style dance dress has a black stretch velvet top with an attached jersey type faric high/low skirt. It was originally an adult small altered down to a child large. All the fabric remains in tact, nothing was cut off so it could be let back out.

pcopley4 @jodileexo2u The top is stretch velvet, the bottom fabric is……not chiffon. I don’t know what it’s called, but it’s not see through. It isn’t a heavy fabric and it flows really well.
